ORDER
The above named complainant vide her
complaint dated 04.12.2017 submitted that she is working as T.G.T. Sanskrit and
has been selected for P.G.T. by D.S.S.S.B. When she went for medical
examination to Babu Jagjivan Ram Hospital, Jhangirpuri, Delhi,she was declared
medically unfit. She applied for disability certificate in Satyawadi Raja
Harish Chandra Hospital, Plot NO-30, Narela, Main Road, Sector-A7, Narela,
Sector A-1, Narela. Delhi-110040. Despite lapse of more than 3 months, she has
not got the disability certificate.
2. The matter was taken up with respondent
No-1 who referred her to Respondent No-2, vide letter dated 20.12.2017 informed
that Satyawadi Raja Harish Chandra Hospital (SRHC) vide letter dated 16.09.2017
requested for retina opinion in respect of the complainant. She was seen by
retina expert on 11.10.2017 and report was sent to Chairman Disability Board,
S,R,H,C, Hospital on 11.10.2017. S.R.H.C. Hospital requested for exact
calculated percentage of vision disability of Ms. Rajbala, and the final
opinion was given on 22.12.2017.
3. Responded No-1 vide letter dated
04.01.2018, informed that after receiving the report from respondent No-2 on
29.12.2017, the complainant has been issued disability certificate for 100%
visual disability on 04.01.2018. A copy of disability certificate No-360, dated
02.01.2018, has also been enclosed.
4. In view of the fact that the complainant
has been issued disability certificate, the complainant is closed and disposed
off.
5. Given
