ORDER

The above named complainant, a person with 85 % locomotor disability filed a complaint dated 11.02.2019 under the Rights for Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, hereinafter referred to as the Act. The complainant alleged that he applied for disability pension vide registration I.D. 101742695, application no. 26040000009658 on 22.03.2018 from Deptt. of Social Welfare. But his pension has not been released.

2.      The complaint was taken up with the respondent vide notice dated 26.02.2019 and the respondent was directed to submit reply by 29.03.2019. When no response was received by the due date, the complainant was contacted on his given telephone number on 01.04.2019 and he informed that the pension has been credited in his bank account.

3.      In view of the fact that the complainant has got the relief, the complaint is disposed of.
